Information we collect
When you request a quotation, we collect your name, business email, company, country, product preferences, estimated quantity, destination and message. A request reference and submission time are also recorded.
Why we collect it
We use this information to review your requested products and contact you about supply or sourcing. The site does not process payments or accept online purchases.
Where information goes
When the site is deployed with its back-end services, enquiries are saved to the website operator's Cloudflare D1 database. If email notifications are enabled, a copy is sent through Resend to the designated business mailbox. These providers may process data outside your country.
Protection, access, and retention
Only authorized business administrators should have access to the stored enquiries. The site owner must establish an appropriate retention period, secure admin credentials and remove information that is no longer required. Anti-spam verification may use Cloudflare Turnstile.
Your choices
You can ask the website operator to correct or delete an enquiry using the business contact details displayed on the Contact page after those details are activated.
Before public launch
This notice describes the included implementation and must be reviewed for the actual business, jurisdiction, retention period, third-party arrangements and applicable privacy laws before the site is published.
